Our Disability Support — Built Around You
We work with you to create a personalised support plan so you can study in a way that suits your needs, your pace, and your life.
How do our individual support plans work?
At Aspire2 Business Management Programmes, our individual Disability Support Plans are a structured, personalised approach to helping learners succeed.
It’s not something we apply to you.
It’s something we build with you.
From the moment you enrol, we take the time to understand:
- What challenges you may face
- What support will make the biggest difference
Together, we create a clear plan that supports your learning from start to finish.
How It Works
Step 1: A Conversation
We start with a simple acknowledgement from you within your application that you have a disability in need of support.
We then engage in a confidential discussion.
You tell us about your situation what kind of support you feel would help you succeed. You don’t need the answers, we can support with suggestions.
Step 2: Build Your Plan Together
We create your individual Disability Support Plan in partnership with you.
This plan outlines:
- The type of support you’ll receive
- Any tools or adjustments needed
- How we’ll work with you throughout your study
Step 3: Put Support in Place
Your plan is put into action straight away.
That could include:
- Adjusted support levels from our Tutor or Learning Support person
- Time management
- Access to extensions if appropriate
- Assistive tools or technology if appropriate
Step 4: Ongoing Check-Ins
Your needs may change — and that’s okay.
We regularly check in and adjust your plan so it continues to work for you.
What Support Can Include
Your plan is tailored to you, but support may include:
Flexible Study Options
Learn at your own pace.
Learning Support
Extra help with reading, writing, or understanding course content.
Assistive Tools
Access to technology such as screen readers, text-to-speech, or other learning aids.
Alternative Assessment Approaches

Who This Is For
Our Disability Support Plan is designed for learners who may experience:
- Anxiety or challenges in traditional learning environments
- Dyslexia or other learning difficulties
- Physical or mobility-related barriers
- Health conditions that impact study
- Any other challenge that affects how you learn
If something has made study harder in the past — we want to understand it and support you through it.

- Treating your situation with confidentiality and care
- Working in partnership with you — not making assumptions
- Providing practical, realistic support that helps you succeed
