I’ve always been passionate about learning and expanding my knowledge, so when I came across the Certificate in First Line Management, I knew it was the right fit for me. I wanted to gain a better understanding of my role, develop my leadership skills, and better support my team.
At first, balancing full-time work and study was challenging, but once I found a good structure and planned my days, everything started falling into place. The learning platform was easy to navigate, and I really appreciated being able to track my progress and deadlines. The one-on-one feedback from tutors was incredible—it made the learning process feel more personal and supportive.
One of the biggest takeaways for me was understanding different leadership styles—including my own. I learned how to work with different leadership approaches, which has helped me motivate and encourage my team in a way that suits them best.
