Studying the Certificate in Business (Intro to Team Leadership) was such a beneficial experience for me. I enrolled while already in a management role, wanting to strengthen my skills and gain more insight into the operational side of leadership—and I’m so glad I did!
The course made me more confident, especially in areas I once struggled with. It helped me understand different leadership styles and how to adapt to work effectively with my team. I also really appreciated the cultural relevance—it had a real Kiwi feel and acknowledged Māori perspectives, which meant a lot to me.
The platform was easy to use, the modules were clear and manageable, and the feedback from tutors was both positive and helpful. It made me feel like I was on the right track and capable of growing even further.
I’m now studying towards my Diploma in Leadership and Management with Aspire2, and I’m excited to keep going.
