Donna Frost

As the Director of DFC LTD, I am passionate about change and about making a difference within change. I am of Maori and German Samoan heritage. I am a qualified Change Loop Facilitator, with expertise in Transitional Management Training and De-escalation negotiation skills. I have designed Training Programs for Call Centres and Sales Teams which achieved an integration of services to benefit and enhance customer experience. This also resulted in the design of Continuous Improvement Policies.

DFC LTD epitomises change and places the greatest value on people. I am excited by the opportunity to support the ongoing growth and development of organizations that view collaborative services as the process to achieve successfully aligned outcomes.

In 2007 my strong interest and passion for the improvement of Health education for Maori and Pacific in South Auckland allowed me to tender for several seed funding contracts that were successful in being able to launch a Community Health Program called HOPE for seven years. I worked closely with the Board of Directors of The Kelliher Trust and Diabetes Auckland to strike a significant impact in Health Education not only in South Auckland but in the greater Auckland region encompassing Marae and Pacific communities. I was also invited to present this program to the Health Select Committee in Parliament and was the Keynote Speaker at the International Diabetes Conference in Wellington in 2009.

In 2015 I designed a Waka Ama Program for the Sir Peter Blake Marine Education & Recreation Centre (The MERC) in Long Bay Auckland. I paddled for seven years with various clubs in Auckland and competed in three National Competitions at Lake Karapiro. I completed the Certificate in Waka Ama Level 4 with Te Wananga O Aotearoa (TWOA) to support this design which extended to include Te Ara Reo Maori Level 2, Te Pokaitahi Reo Te Kaupae 3 and Te Pokaitahi Reo Te Kaupae 4.

I am a BMus undergraduate in Ethnomusicology and graduated with a Life Coach Diploma from NZIBS in 2021.

I scribed these two quotes – “People cannot change what they don’t know” and “Knowledge is of no value if there is no understanding” Donna Frost
