NZ Diploma in Business Leadership and Management – Level 5
I completed the NZ Diploma in Business Level 5, Leadership and Management with Aspire2. I
completed this program in April 2022, and it has been an enriching journey full of self improvement.
The ability to study online was an important factor when making my decision as I needed a program that would fit around my busy work schedule. After research different options, I felt like I resonated the most with the course outline from Aspire 2. It appeared to be the most hands-on and applicable, which was exactly what I was looking for.
Applying to study with Aspire 2 was super easy and the support I received was excellent. I initially reached out through the form on the “Contact” page of their website and quickly received a phone call guiding me through the rest of the process. Soon after, I received my offer of enrollment and I was all ready to go.
I really appreciated my tutor. They were both knowledgeable and approachable, offering valuable guidance throughout the course. Their teaching style really challenged me to think differently about my course work and assessments which I really enjoyed.
My work requires me to travel often so having no set timetable and full flexibility to study online
whenever it suited me fit my lifestyle perfectly. The phone app was particularly useful for me as I could easily access my course work on my phone whenever I needed to, no matter where I was located.
The program surprised me with how many new skills I learned and could directly apply to my work, especially in the communication component around leading teams. Applying what I learned in class resulted in great outcomes for my team, making me feel more effective as a leader.
Completing my studies right through to graduation was a proud moment for me. As someone with a background in management roles but without having the formal educational credentials, receiving the diploma felt like validation and a significant achievement.
I can definitely say that I am an advocate for this program. If you are seeking study opportunities,
personal or professional growth in the fields of leadership and management this is a great place to learn. In fact, I have already recommended it to two of my colleagues, both of whom are currently enrolled and completing the course. This qualification provides real-world tools to be an effective leader and provides an excellent foundation of knowledge for anyone beginning their leadership journey. Aspire 2 has given me the skills and confidence to lead with success.
