Bianca’s journey through education has been quite the adventure. Starting as an editor at a respected publishing firm in the Netherlands, she moved to Qatar, working at Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business in Doha. There, she fell in love with helping students succeed. At Carnegie Mellon, Bianca played a pivotal role in launching an entrepreneurship programme, where her passion for education and innovation truly flourished. Later, she transitioned to the registrar’s office, gaining valuable insights into the administrative side of higher education.
With a love for the ocean that rivals her dedication to education, Bianca’s journey extends far beyond the boardroom. When Bianca had the opportunity, she and her family of five moved aboard their sailboat and sailed the world for five adventurous years. This unique experience infuses her leadership style with resilience, adaptability, and a profound appreciation for life’s diverse experiences.
Back on dry land in New Plymouth at Aspire2 Business, Bianca brings her unique experiences to the table. She now leads our team of business tutors as a programme manager. Bianca’s love for her work stems from her belief in lifelong learning. She relishes witnessing students succeed and make positive changes in their lives through education.
