NZ Certificate in Business First Line Management – Level 4
I am happy to share my success story as a graduate of the NZ Certificate in Business Level 4, First Line Management from Aspire2. Completing this program has been an incredible journey, and I am proud of the achievement.
I knew that online learning was the best option for me because I am a full-time worker and a mum. The flexibility offered by online courses allowed me to balance my responsibilities effectively. I had previously completed the NZ Certificate in Business Level 3, Introduction to Team Leadership with Aspire2, and it was a positive experience, so I decided to continue my studies with them.
The application process couldn’t be smoother. Following the email instructions, I easily logged on to the student portal and set myself up for class. The tutors were absolutely amazing, providing continuous support and guidance. I cannot thank them enough for their dedication.
I appreciated the flexibility to study whenever it suited me. Balancing my workload and responsibilities, I found it best to dedicate time on the weekends. Initially, the workload felt challenging, but eventually I got into the swing of things.
I was pleasantly surprised by how many new skills I acquired during my studies. Many of these skills I could apply to my work at St. Vincent running the food bank. The programme built on my existing knowledge, and I enjoyed implementing these newfound skills in my role.
Completing this programme is a tremendous achievement for me. As a mum of eight children with no formal education background, I am extremely proud of myself. It was essential for me to prove to myself that I could do it, and I am absolutely stoked about this accomplishment.
I wholeheartedly recommend this programme to others looking for study opportunities. I am constantly encouraging my colleagues at work, including those with no qualifications, to enrol at Aspire2. I truly believe that anyone, regardless of their background or age, can achieve their goals through this programme.
To those considering the programme, I say, never give up! Have faith in yourself, and you can do it. The journey may be challenging initially, but sticking it out will fill you with immense pride.
Lastly, I must mention the amazing staff at Aspire2, who were constantly pushing me to strive and achieve my best. Their dedication and support made all the difference in my journey, and I am grateful for their presence every step of the way.
